Grilled Fish Tacos
Ingredients: 3/4 teaspoon chili powder, 1 lb Mahi Mahi Snapper, or AJ, 1/2 cup salsa, 2 cups shredded cabbage, 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, 8 corn tortillas warmed according to direction.

Step 1: Coat grill with non stick spray and get grill medium heat.

Step 2: Sprinkle chili powder over fish, Spoon 1/4 cup salsa over fish; let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine shredded cabbage, remaining 1/4 cup salsa , sour cream and 2 tablespoons cilantro in large bowl and mix well.

Step 3: Place fish on grill, salsa side up and cover, grill over medium heat without turning, 8 to 10 minutes or until fish s done. Slice fish crosswise into thin strips. Fill warm tortillas with fish and coleslaw mix. Garnish with remaining cilantro.
