Grilled Snapper With Tomato Salsa
Ingredients: 1/4 cup light balsamic vinaigrette, 4 Snapper fillets, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil.

Step 1: Coat grill with nonstick spray and heat grill to medium heat. Place 2 tablespoons vinaigrette in small bowl and set aside, Brush remaining 2 tablespoons vinaigrette over fish. Sprinkle and pepper.

Step 2: Place fish on grill and cover. Grill over medium heat 4 minutes per side or until fish is done.

Step 3: Stir tomatoes and basil into reserved vinaigrette; mix well. Serve over fish.
