Tuna Sicilian-Style
Sauce: 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, juice of two lemons, 4 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, 3/4 Teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

Tuna: 4 fresh tuna steaks (1/2 inch thick), lemon slices, and fresh spinach

Step 1: Coat your grill with non stick cooking spray and bring heat up to medium-high heat.

Step 2: Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, parsley, salt and pepper into a small bow. Set aside half of the sauce to serve with Tuna.

Step 3: Brush both sides of Tuna with some of the remaining sauce, place on grill over medium-high heat. Grill Tuna 4 minutes, basting generously with additional sauce. Turn and grill 4 to 6 minutes, or until desired degree of doneness (is that really a word?) brushing frequently with sauce. Add lemon slices to grill for the last few minutes.

Step 4: Transfer Tuna to serving dish lined with fresh Spinach and keep warm. Heat reserved sauce in small saucepan over low heat. Drizzle over fish and greens when ready to serve. Garnish with grilled lemon slices
